I will admit to 3 lace pillows busy - one with more Christening lace (which
I am currently on), one long-term Binche project, and one Thomas Lester cuff
started at Sweet Briar with Holly van Sciver (both of which are safely put
away from the pin-stealing young cat!)
Then for January there are several small quilts I promised to finish or bind
for others (which will eventually go to orphans in Ethiopia); three pieces
to be embroidered/ embellished (some with lace) following a class at the
NeedleArts Guild at the start of November (one of which needs to be at least
partially completed by January 9, for the next workshop); a velvet,
textured jacket, which needs to be completed by April 1 (when we are all
bringing a finished UFO - this was designed in my head following sampling
the technique in 2004); a knitted sweater for my husband for his birthday
(Dec 7th) or Christmas (more likely); two meditations on Zechariah and
Elizabeth for the Advent Carol service on December 23, and a service to be
put together for Christmas Day in a local nursing home.
I am very happy with all this to do, but there isn't much time for emailing
