Just realized I sent from the wrong address:

Are the themes under GPL as well?  Is he modifying the existing theme, or
creating his own?  I would think this could limit the laconi.ca project if
people can't own their own themes and look/feel, monetize them, etc.  That's
how Wordpress has taken off.  I think it's a cool theme and would love
access, but should themes be up to the developer, similar to the way
Wordpress, Pligg, Drupal, et. al work?
