The notice_source table in Laconica maps short tags used by API clients
(like "abc") to better display names and URLs.
The table is initially empty, which means that client developers have to
contact individual Laconica instances to get these links.
For future versions (0.7.1+), I'd like to include the list of notices
sources from Identi.ca. (We have almost 100 now). This would save client
developers time and would make things easier for site administrators. Of
course, admins could override a tag on their local server if desired.
