No they don't. I'd turn them off if I were you; you have a small site
and don't need those daemons running.
Turn queues off, and if you reeeeeallly want xmpp inbound, use just the
xmppdaemon.
Note that 0.8.x version of the software supports using a STOMP server
rather than re-querying the DB server for new queue items every 10
seconds, which is much more efficient and kind to the DB server.
