I have finally gotten back to this problem, it seems to only affect
large batches of users (more than 50). Smaller batches work just fine.
I am attaching a log snippet, I don't really see any error messages or
anything.

All the LDAP accounts have been created and the postCreate script got
to user 59 before it stopped working. The web page just died, it was a
blank screen no progress bars or indication that the browser was still
working. As a result no PDF's were able to be downloaded and about
half the users don't have an email address.

Any idea as to what went wrong and how I can fix it?
