I didn't use ldaps. Now is working, I can modify password from LAM but I
sill have the same error message on self-service. I check the box "use
for all operations" with the user I bind with ( he is domain admin )

Other reasons can be that the user is not allowed to change his

My first impression was the password is too simple or something
like that so I try a long and hard password with a random gen tool
and it still shows me the same error msg. Anyway I tried to remove
all the domain policy regarding password.
I made the LAM machine join the domain and I can see it in computers.
Someone has a clue about what is going on ?
