Just to say that we noticed a similar error / situation with the
WindowsPasswordNotifyJob in the latest 7.7 final.

Perhaps the subject should become mandatory, or
passwordExpirationJob.inc could take into account that the subject
could be empty, instead of generating this Undefined index error.
Anyway, it seems to be purely cosmetic, as the notifications *are*
sent, and everything seems to work as expected.
