It looks like you are still using samba3 with OpenLDAP, if this is what
you are doing you should deffinetly change to samba4 and Active
Directory. You can still manage users and groups via LAM. With AD it's
not possible to create a user without password. If you are using pure
Linux and you creat a user without password a user can never login,
because login without password is in all ditributions disabled.
So you don't need a default password when creating a user with LAM.
