As I already mentioned, it's possible to switch the UI language to ase,
just like to any other. One way to do this is to go to Preferences ->
Internationalization and select "ase". It works for me.

Sorry, but it does work for a lot of people. It's the only thing that works
for staff and volunteer engineers.
