I don't really know what technical stuff you mean for Langcom. There might be a certain backlog, but I know of nothing tech-related. Therefore, I don't think rejecting this application would lead us to have nobody who could help with technical stuff, as there is no such stuff to be done. Also, I don't see why Danny B. would have special expertise or willingness to handle this unspecified technical stuff - the application certainly doesn't say anything about it.
