The request [1] is for a North Germanic language [2] spoken in Sweden. There is no Ethnologue page about it, but there is SIL page [3], which indicates it's about a relatively new addition.
It's spoken by ~2000 people, but Sweden is one of the richest countries in the world and I am sure this language has a chance to become a valid encyclopedic language.
