The Universal Language Selector (ULS) can provide web fonts for it, so users don't have to download them. It is also common for wikis in poorly-supported scripts to have a notice either on the main page or in the sitenotice about how and where to get fonts for that language (indeed they already do that on top of the main page for the Sylheti Wikipedia).
