Do you suggest having this new parameter for server mode only?
I think it would be a good idea to have it also in the command line
version, thus maintaining the same API for both versions, but that would
"break" backward compatibility: the old enable would be the new enable
only, and a new enable parameter would appear. However, I think it's a good
improvement and it would be worth to implement it.
