So here's the plan for migration: -I set SVN to read-only -I re-run all the git migration commands with the latest SVN content - this will take several hours -in the git history, everybody except Andriy, Markus and me will appear with their @users.sourceforge.net email. Now is your last chance to send me a different address (I actually don't think this is very relevant, it's just that we cannot change it after the import) -I push the result to github -We start working at github, sourceforge SVN will be kept read-only. Note for all committers not yet familiar with git: you don't have to use git, you can stay with subversion as github offers SVN access to github. -We continue working as before, but trying to keep commits of binary files to a minimum. If that's a problem we'll find a solution then. I don't think we need to solve that now as the switch to github was decided months ago and I'd prefer not to delay it any longer. Unless someone objects, I will start this process tomorrow morning.
