The word IJmuiden is suggested for the mistake Ijmuiden, but not for the (more common) mistake of ijmuiden.
Adding ij IJ to replacements does not help. But adding fsa.dict.speller.equivalent-chars=i I, j J did help. Luckily, since I don't need trics for the ij then, like in Hunspell. Adding T t and V v to this clause also help for getting lower-case suggested when the input is upper-case. I don't know what the impact is on performance, but it helps functionally.
