This word is refused, but it is correct. It will be correct in phrases like: Afbakenings- en andere problemen. But approving 'afbakenings' is not the correct solution, since that is always wrong. I assume 'afbakenings' has been sent to the speller, while it should have been afbakenings-. The same could happen for a word that has been shortened at the start, but that is rather rare.
