I looked and could not find a way to make rules in rulegroup exclusive.
E.g. I have a rulegroup with 5 rules just handle slightly different
variations of the mistake (either regexp gets too complex or it's
impossible to have good suggestion if rules are merged).
Currently it looks like all rules are being matched which
a) forces me to add conditions to prevent those rules from overlapping
b) slows down the check

Would it make sense to add exclusive="yes|no" attribute to rulegroup
element and if one rule matches skip checking the rest of them?
