If you build with Maven, it should put all JARs into the 'libs' folder of the standalone build (after 'mvn package', that's in target/LanguageTool-2.9-SNAPSHOT/LanguageTool-2.9-SNAPSHOT). OpenRegex is a dependency for German only, but that shouldn't make a difference unless you have some special setup that e.g. excludes German.
