All, (bcc'd to networking-discuss and nwam-discuss, please re-direct your responses to laptop-discuss. thx)
I have a Linksys Wireless-N Gigabit Router at home, and I'm getting less and less reliable connections between it and my laptop (lenovo T60p, see below for scanpci's view of the wireless controller) these past few days; Sunday it got so bad that the best I got was a connection for about half a minute, then it went away again. I was running b.110 when I tried that, but a short test with Windows shows the same behaviour (and I was sitting next to the Linksys box when I did that). I brought it into the office today and got a connection to sunwifi immediately, so I think the laptop part is fine. Before I go out and do the forklift (ok, shopping bag) replacement number, can anyone share any ideas on a) diagnosing what's going on a little better b) suggesting replacement for the wifi component alone - the cable ethernet seems to work fine so far (if a) fails and doesn't provide better alternatives).
