Hello, I'm trying to install b57 on a Dell Latitude C600, which was previously running Solaris 10 1/06.
When I booted from CD, it hung just after the copyright notice. I rebooted with the debugger enabled as suggested here [http://www.opensolaris.org/jive/thread.jspa?messageID=63865]. I'm not terribly familiar with kmdb, but I did set 'moddebug' to 0x0000001 and continue through the boot until it hung. It hangs in the same spot every time; right after entering "pcs:_init()". Is this a known issue? Can I provide any more information that would be of help in diagnosing/fixing this problem? Thanks, -Andrew This message posted from opensolaris.org
