I have more and better details:
I have configured the AP to non-wep and open system authmode with **Ubuntu**...
and works! (ultimate and compiled NDIS and old version of bcm5.inf).
Later, i proved shutting down the broadcom and set to wep and open the AP, the
broadcom up, but didnt connect.
Then I returned it to the previous state (non-wep and open-mode) but didnt
connect anymore.
I had to reboot the machine, still with Ubuntu, and the Ethereal in AP-side
become crazy again. :)
Next step: probe with SXDE 5/07.... It Works!
Still I must verify the Afterburner option.
Last 2007/08/15, you says: "I think there is a bug in inetmenu which defects
connecting to AP using shared_key authmode".
Also, we must to consider also WEP encryption && Open Mode?
