I tried running debug under mdb -K.  That didn't work
either.  All I got was:

This was on a clean install (not upgrade) of snv_62.  After I removed SUNWiwi
from snv_62, I then added OpenSolaris iwi 0.5.  That works.  So there is 
something
in iwi from snv_61 and snv_62 that doesn't work correctly with the Intel 2915abg
wifi adapter in my IBM (Lenovo) T43p.  The relevant output of scanpci -v:
