I have a nVidia GeForce 8400 GS w/ 512MB video memory; loaded on a 
3.2Ghz P4 CPU - sure, it isn't bleeding edge, up to date, but it 
shouldn't be showing the kinda lag which I'm seeing.

Btw, it is using the Nvidia drivers. The same issue doesn't occur on my 
laptop with has an Nvidia Quadro FX 570M
