Hi, Kerry,

1. Please make sure you are running Solaris nevada build54 and 
higher(NOT solaris 10).
2. ndis1.1 only supports bcm4311 under 32bit kernel mode, 64bit support 
is not available by now.
3. please post output of "/usr/X11/bin/scanpci -v".
4. please try the 32bit XP driver in below link:
