Hello!
I've installed an Pentium 4m laptop, 768 MB laptop.
When trying to suspend the machine, I get the "Suspend is not supported"
message.
If I run "svcs -xv", I receive this:

svc:/site/powernow:default (Control AMD power states depending on CPU use.)
State: maintenance since Thu Jul 26 23:03:37 2007
Reason: Start method exited with $SMF_EXIT_ERR_FATAL.
   See: http://sun.com/msg/SMF-8000-KS
   See: /etc/svc/volatile/site-powernow:default.log
Impact: This service is not running.

...and the contents of /etc/svc/volatile/site-powernow:default.log:

[ jul 26 23:03:35 Enabled. ]
[ jul 26 23:03:37 Executing start method ("/usr/sbin/powernowd") ]
/dev/powernow: No such file or directory
[ jul 26 23:03:37 Method "start" exited with status 95 ]

Now, if I do a "ls -l /dev/powernow":

lrwxrwxrwx   1 root     root          37 Jul 25 02:45 /dev/powernow ->
../devices/pseudo/powernow at 0:powernow

...but "ls -l /devices/pseudo/powernow at 0:powernow" outputs this:

/devices/pseudo/powernow at 0:powernow: No such file or directory

Does anybody have any idea about this?
It's not critical, but I can't suspend my machine when moving it.

Thanks a lot!!!

HeCSa.
