you can copy the binary to your system from a system above snv_73 
(/kernel/drv/audiohd /kernel/drv/amd64/audiohd)
I can send the bianry to you if you want.

Also, you can compile the driver for yourself. Download Soalris souce 
code, and go to usr/src/uts/intel/audiohd/, and
then make it.
