My MacBook Pro has a 965 chipset and is using a Core 2 Duo T7700 (2.4GHz), which is Santa Rosa. Ironically my Ultra-20 is using a Santa Rosa Opteron (1218 with AMD-V). I'm certain anything less than 965 is not Core 2, but 945 is regular Core series. (Which is not 64-bit) I'm not sure what the GM means, Intel chipsets are usually called by iXXX, while their GMA-950 video card being the only one afaik with "GM" in the name. Is this some sort of new chipset or deviant to i965?
