Hi! Thanks for the response... The touchpad has a third button in the 
middle that can be clicked on the top and bottom extremes to be used as 
a scroll "wheel". In linux usually i just set the Option "ZAxisMapping" 
"4 5" in the X config...  I don't have the laptop right now but i'll try 
finding out the device type later today and post it...
