Different with other wifi drivers in solaris which prefer to use fixed channel range(always 1-11), arn driver gets its available channels according to the information in eeprom on you card and a built-in regulatory algorithms in driver; it's diffictlt to say why your card can not use channel 12-13, that may need more detailed information about your wireless chipset.
