And does something useful happen on the server end when that is the
case? I recently debugged a PHP page where that was happening and
only the last query arg was seen by PHP (because PHP stores the query
args in a hash!). So, at least in PHP, you would have to parse the
URL yourself to get out multiple query args of the same name.
