After discussion with Henry and Jim, we came up with this plan for
releasing PR1 out of subversion. Everybody please READ CAREFULLY and
look for problems. I've only been a buildmeister for **checks watch**
a few weeks.

* Henry merges any changes from lps-dev into lps-legals. There should
not be many of these since the last time he did it, because lps-dev
is now LOCKED and effectively dead.

* Everybody gets all of their changes in to lps-legals and please
stable by Friday morning...
so that...
* I take a snapshot of lps-legals and create from it http://
svn.openlaszlo.org/openlaszlo/branches/legals
* Friday/Saturday/Sunday, I merge all the changes I've ever made to
openlaszlo/trunk into openlaszlo/legals; this includes the
toolsmigration branch and the work of the last week or so to automate
the builds.
* I make lps-legals build after all of that merging... by MONDAY
* Any more changes to lps-legals after my snapshot will have to be
merged by hand into openlaszlo/branches/legals.
* Sunday night (I hope) I spin an svn build of branches/legals which
is hopefully a release candidate, inasmuch as we don't really have an
official release for PR1, do we?

* Monday, we examine, poke at, play with etc openlaszlo/branches/legals
* Tuesday, we release.
