I think the more interesting direction would be to compile to JScript.NET, which has elements of _javascript_ 2 already in it, and target either GDI+ or PFW. Note that we are still a few months away from generating any JS2 language features (principally type declarations), so it would be good to treat JScript.NET as a JS1 language as far as possible for now.
