Summary: Update wrapper pages for LZPIX so that we can reduce bookmarking of particular build-versions.
New Features: Introduced one wrapper page for both Flash and DHTML. Technical Reviewer: ptw QA Reviewer: mamye Doc Reviewer: Details: index-loader.html is basically a copy of app-dhtml, but with the ability to customize both lzr= and lzt= query params. Index-dhtml.html is no longer needed. Minor edit to index.html to use the loader in both Flash and DHTML cases. Source view remains unchanged.
