I've fixed all the lztest cases that were in trunk in legals:
M test/lztest/lztest-text.lzx
M test/lztest/lztest-simpleboundslayout.lzx
M test/lztest/lztest-animator.lzx
M test/lztest/lztest-textheight.lzx
M test/lztest/lztest-animatorgroup.lzx
M test/lztest/lztest-inputtext.lzx
M test/lztest/lztest-stableborderlayout.lzx
If you'd go through the other tests and see if they need reordering that
would be great!

Summary: lztest/lztest-view.lzx results consistent with trunk in
dhtml and swf, sync LaszloCanvas.__LZcallInit() with
LzNode.__LZcallInit().

Release Notes:
Details: It turns out the unit tests were running in the wrong
order. This works in trunk but not in legals, where order must be
explicit.
Tests: http://localhost:8080/legals/test/lztest/lztest-view.lzx same
as trunk in swf and dhtml.
