Details: LzTextSprite.as - fix maxlength, pattern functionality
LzInputTextSprite.as - set default width correctly if supplied text
LzTextSprite.js - set default width correctly if supplied text,
correct/add stub methods
LzInputText.lzs - remove default size hack, call construct before
registering focus and blur events
LzText.lzs - fix, document setMaxLength(), setPattern()
LaszloView.lzs - stub methods for accessibility
lztestmanager.lzx - show message for unit test failures that aren't
called from an LzTestSuite
Tests: Ran lztest-* in swf and dhtml. Compared to original result in
trunk.
