Both 3.3.0 and 3.3.3 use "Production" instead of "Final".
I will note that I expected us to use "3.4.0" as the version.id,
version.id.upper, and release.id, but the build.properties in
openlaszlo/tags/3.3.0/build.properties says "3.3" so I'll go with
what you have here.
