We all agree with each other -- I can't remember why I said "Final" but I
know that I made up "ReleaseCandidate", so I went with "Production." I've
checked in with Jim's formulation (3.4.0 Production) and scheduled a
build for an hour from now.

I will note that I expected us to use "3.4.0" as the version.id,
version.id.upper, and release.id, but the build.properties in
openlaszlo/tags/3.3.0/build.properties says "3.3" so I'll go with what
