indexing off, for example.
Oh, but if we did, we should add warnings to the build and checkin
processes so that folks know that the environment they are testing
against is not the "official" environment. The warnings would kick in
if a local environment setting was used, not otherwise.
We could also restrict SVN permissions on lps.properties and
build.properties, at least for the major development branches.
