Summary: Make setup-lps.sh script define LPS_HOME and necessary paths

Documentation:
The setup-lps.sh script didn't actually define $LPS_HOME. For
some reason, that line had been commented out. This change
restores the setting of $LPS_HOME and the setting of $PATH
to the correct paths.
