Mamye, is this change okay with you? This isn't the canonical script
for linux-builder setup; this is the script that we recommend to
people building the platform from source. Linux-builder's local
modifications should not be in svn; at least, not this part of svn.
Local linux-builder modifications should be in tools/trunk/build-
tools/nightly.

checking in changes to make this file match linux-builder
so, maybe Mamye should review this, not me?

Summary: Make setup-lps.sh script define LPS_HOME and necessary paths
New Features:
Bugs Fixed:
Technical Reviewer: ptw
QA Reviewer: (pending)
Doc Reviewer: (pending)
Documentation:
The setup-lps.sh script didn't actually define $LPS_HOME. For
some reason, that line had been commented out. This change
restores the setting of $LPS_HOME and the setting of $PATH
to the correct paths.
