Summary: make SOLO deployers work with directoties that contain SOLO
deployed apps

The SOLO deployers need to add newly generated files to zip output file
first, and keep track of the names of those entries, and then skip
any existing files with those names when grabbing stuff out of the
app directory.
Tests:
deploy a dhtml and swf version of an app,
unzip into a directory on the LPS, and try to run the
SOLO deployer on that directory. See it run without errors,
and make correct zip archive with newly generated files updated
and overriding pre-existing files of same name.
