This is better but has one anomalous behavior; [1] instantiate a debugger with no explicit x,y attribute values, so it constrains itself to the lower right of the screen.
[2] drag (not resize) to a new position [3] start resizing with the resizer control. The window jumps down to the original constrained x,y position. It looks like the constraints on x and y run once before being removed. We should think about how to deal with this general issue. The user wants a constraint by default, but wants to be able to override it by supplying an attribute value to the instance. And they want an easy way to remove a constraint on an attribute, if it exists.
