Note: I can't reproduce the issue using the simple
examples/components/scrollbar_example.lzx
in winxp ff 3.6

the scrollwheel operates the scrollbars for me, and I can't get it to stop
working
by clicking on the input field, or clicking outside the app and then inside
again.


I also tried adding an html iframe to see if that was eating scroll events
but it still seemed to work fine in XP.


I did see a problem in OSX is if the enclosing browser window has its own
scrollbars ,sometimes the scrollwheel operates them in addition to the
LZX scrollbars, and then the scroll events sometimes stop coming)
