I'm at 5.0.19454, testing on OS X 10.6. Phil's example works for the
following browser/runtimes:

Firefox 6.0.1: DHTML and SWF10 work (for SWF10, I had to use lzt=html,
or the whole page scrolled)
Chrome 14.0.835.186: DHTML and SWF10 work
Opera 11.51 Only DHTML works
Safari Version 5.1 (6534.50): DHTML and SWF10 work
