I am quite confident that the mousewheel system is broken from 4.9 onwards.
I finally was able to build openlaszlo from svn then use the product of
that build as my compiler.
No difference so I don't think that the cause for missing mousewheel
events is in my build system.
I still do get mousewheel events to input text.
It gets scrolled with mousewheel but since it's so deep in the core of
openlaszlo my
fixing this issue is beyond my capacity.
Compiling the same thing with 4.7 makes everything work as expected so
there is something wrong with the newer versions.
Hope that someone will fix this.
But for the time being I am going back to 4.7.
