The code for handling resources definitely needs to be updated, there's a
lot of stuff that only applies to swf8.

For DHTML, it seems to me like the only reason we're running the jGenerator
code for resources is to find their width and height, to write to the
javascript resource table. For DHTML, is it actually necessary to know the
dimensions at compile time, or can we find the width and height info at
runtime by inspecting the image div after it has loaded?




Please consider refactoring some of the logic that writes resource
