Summary: Use transparent background image for IE inputtext

Details: LzSprite, LzInputTextSprite - Comment out all references to
fix_inputtext_with_parent_resource, as it's no longer needed.
LzSprite - Add inputtext_use_background_image quirk, set to true in IE. Set
background CSS property for inputtext when inputtext_use_background_image is
true.
Tests: See updated testcase from LPP-8696, LPP-5435 in IE 7 DHTML
