I'm starting a project next month that must be finished on march of next year, so I wanted to develop it againt legals, but if I can't use that kind of tool I think I will use 3.x versions.
Another question: would it be too much effort to migrate my 3.X application to legals ?

available as a qualified release yet, but there is a technology
