We do expect 3.x applications to be ported to Legals - but it may not be automatic. We are not guaranteeing 100% compatibility between 3.x and 4.0 (Legals) programs - the syntax and API may change as we rearchitect the platform to support multiple runtimes, DHTML being the immediate one.
