I don't know if there's anything that does exactly what you need, but it wouldn't be too hard to write it. The first thing that comes to mind is maybe you could use a .jsp script or some servlet of your own to accept LZX code in a POST'ed document, maybe write a tmp file on the server, invoke the compiler via the same entry point as lzc, and return the output file.
